Choose a health plan includes Brown & Toland
Brown & Toland is contracted with Health Net HMO through the Federal Employee Health Benefit (FEHB) program.
Anthem Blue Cross HMO will no longer be offered through the FEHB for 2012. However, you may keep your Brown & Toland doctor by selecting Health Net HMO.
If you are already a Health Net HMO member, you do not need to make any changes to keep your Brown & Toland physician.
Please note that your Brown & Toland physician may participate in other plans offered by the FEHB program. Please refer to the health plan's provider directory to confirm your doctor's participation in those plans.
