Job Description
Responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with Brown and Toland physician groups that are using electronic tools including the IDX practice management system, Allscripts electronic health record system, and web based reporting tools. Account Manager will serve as key PPS contact for numerous physician offices and will be responsible for identifying, managing and resolving issues. The Account Manager will provide guidance on the adoption and utilization of best practices related to practice operations.
Skills Required
|
BA Required. Advanced training and or experience in the areas of project management, management information systems, operations management, practice management, revenue cycle management, managed care reimbursement, and marketing preferred.
|
|
Ability to identify and solve complex problems interrelated with operations infrastructure, computer systems, and human interaction. |

|

Directly related experience in a large physician practice/clinic setting or with a management services organization.
|
|
Five (5) years experience in project and/or operations management. Working knowledge of IDX and/or Allscripts desirable.
|
|
Experience with physician practice procedures, operations and information needs, demonstrated expertise in training, marketing, sales and public presentations.
