Job Description
Under very broad direction, this position is responsible for the efficient, cost effective, and quality management of all aspects connected with the facilities maintained by Brown and Toland. This includes demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, responsiveness and urgency to the needs of the business, as well as the needs of individual employees at all levels; playing an active role in a customer focused team, monitoring quality of service through observation and customer feedback; and developing an understanding of all aspects of the business, customer requirements and vendor service expectations in order to provide high quality services to internal customers.
Skills Required
- BA required or combination of education/training/and direct facilities management experience; with additional training in site planning and construction.
- Minimum five (5) years experience of direct site planning and management, contract purchasing, and project management.
- Able to read, interpret and carry through on all aspects related to facilities and construction planning, contract purchasing, commercial property leasing and insurance services.
