Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar security certification desired.

Coursework in information technology, healthcare, or project management preferred.

Must have proven project implementation experience and have at least five (5) years of previous experience in healthcare including operations, business/financial analysis or three years in information technology.

Experience with the Health Information Portability Accountability Act highly desired.

Experience in analysis and previous experience managing large scale, complex projects preferred.

Ability to develop, lead and implement multiple projects on a timely basis.

Ability to develop a team environment and be a mentor/advisor as needed.

Ability to translate operational and system processes into clear instructions and/or explanations.

Position requires a strong understanding of systems and applications with the ability to develop and apply technical solutions to operational requirements.
