This position is responsible for the supervision of the Integration Management team. Supervisor will provide leadership and direction supporting all activities of software systems and processes. This position is responsible for ensuring that Brown & Toland meets systems application service delivery and customer up time requirements. This position will apply proven technical, analytical and problem solving skills that meet the organization's strategic business and operational needs. This position is responsible for developing and updating policies and procedures, which support application service delivery of the organizational portfolio.

	Master's degree and minimum of three (3) years supervisor/management experience OR Bachelor's degree with a combination of five years supervisor/management experience.
	Healthcare industry experience preferred.
	Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, strong supervisory skills, thorough knowledge of Information Technology.
	Demonstrate strong business orientation (broad experience in medical industry managing IT or related activities a plus).
	Exhibit ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while also managing costs and risk.
	Skilled at identifying and evaluating new technological developments and gauging their appropriateness for the business.
	Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of non technical internal clients.
	Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage central IT resource and applications as well as coordinate departmental resources and initiatives.
	Ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
	Ability to work well with the existing management team by being a good listener, a team builder and an articulate advocate of the IT division.
