Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Coursework in information technology, managed healthcare or business administration preferred.

Must have two (2) plus years previous experience in information technology and/or managed healthcare and experience in analysis and problem solving.

Demonstrated experience in operational and/or technical support required.

Previous experience working with managed healthcare software applications preferred.

Position requires a strong understanding of systems and applications with the ability to develop and apply system solutions to operational requirements.

Ability to learn managed healthcare systems and/or business analysis and problem solving.

Ability to translate operational and system processes into clear instructions and/or explanations.

Ability to work in a team environment and be a mentor/advisor as needed.

Ability to be self driven, oversee and implement multiple projects on a timely basis.
