Job Description

Responsible for processing biweekly payroll, maintaining policies and procedures, preparing, documenting, and distributing all payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.

Skills Required

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance required, Accounting Degree preferred.

Six (6) years experience performing payroll responsibilities in a similar position within a computerized environment, ADP Workforce now.

Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing payroll operations.

Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

Excellent problem solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
