The Customer Service team is your contact at Brown & Toland. Our goal is to act as your advocate and help you understand your health care options and benefits.
We can answer questions you may have about eligibility, benefits and co-payments, authorization for services, medical bills you have received or assist in finding a primary care physician or specialist.
As part of our services, we also can help communicate with health care providers and insurance companies on your behalf.
