Blood Pressure ScreeningsMore than one in three adults have high blood pressure. This silent disease may result in stroke, heart attack, heart failure and arterial aneurysm. Stroke Survivor Support GroupThis free support group is designed to aid the recovery of stroke survivors by providing a safe and supportive atmosphere where individuals are able to share their experiences.
