If you are an established patient with a Brown & Toland physician who is closed to new patients, and have been assigned to a physician you did not choose, please contact your health plan's Customer Service Department. Inform the Customer Service Representative that you are an established patient with the practice and were incorrectly assigned to another physician office. Advise the representative you will hold while the representative contacts your physician's office to confirm you are an established patient.
