Download the Citrix Login CBT
Logging into Citrix for the first time, download this CBT to get started.

In order to log into BT C.A.R.E. or PPS, the Citrix application must be installed. Citrix is a remote access program that allows the user to launch application from a Web site.
NOTE: The instructions require a user with administration rights to the computer. If you do not have administrator rights, contact your tech support representative.
Below are the instructions for installing Citrix:
- Click on the link below for the Citrix download. If there is a prompt to run, open, or save the link, click on the Run or Open button.
- Once the application has downloaded, the WinZip Self-Extractor will launch.
- After closing all of your running programs, click on the Yes button to continue the install.
- The Brown & Toland installer will continue
- The Citrix Web Client installer will launch.
- Click Yes to install the MetaFrame Presentation Server Web Client.
- Click Yes to the Citrix License Agreement
- The install will conclude. Click on the OK button.
Citrix is now installed. If you are prompted to reboot your computer, please do so.
On your desktop is an icon to go to the Brown & Toland system. Once this setup is complete, you can run that icon at any time to get to Brown & Toland.
When the installation is complete, the WinZip Self-Extractor window takes up to a minute to close. Please do not press the Cancel button, wait for it to close.
