BT C.A.R.E. is the new Web-based software program that replaces OutReach. BT C.A.R.E. contains new features and significant improvements, such as a smarter interface for easier navigation. The BT C.A.R.E. program was developed by Brown & Toland and is tailored to meet the specific needs of the medical group and our physicians. It is a free, value-added service designed to help our physicians streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and make daily tasks easier. Brown & Toland provider offices are able to connect to BT C.A.R.E. using a fast and secure private network over the Internet and via the www.brownandtoland.com home page.
BT C.A.R.E. enables physicians to:
Check status and view claims for members.


Submit authorizations directly to Referral Services.


Submit and view referrals to specialists.


Check status of submitted and processed authorizations.


Submit eligibility verification requests.


Verify member eligibility and PCP information.
