Welcome to the BT C.A.R.E. computer-based training (CBT) module. In order to get your BT C.A.R.E. username and password, you must complete this training and fill out the Account Request Form when you have completed the training. This will help ensure that all users have a basic introduction on how to use the system.

This training will present a series of interactive movies of the BT C.A.R.E. product and explain how each area of the screen, and the fields therein, may be used. If at any time you have questions or need help please do not hesitate to send an e-mail to helpdesk@btmg.com for assistance.

The Account Request Form will provide you with an opportunity to let the training team know whether or not you feel comfortable using BT C.A.R.E. after taking the CBT module, or if you would like further training in person.
