About BT C.A.R.E.
BT C.A.R.E. is a web-based system that allows healthcare providers to view and submit claims, authorizations, referrals and eligibility verification information in real-time.
BT C.A.R.E. enables physician practices to:
Check status and view claims for members. Submit authorizations directly to Referral Services. Submit and view referrals to specialists. Check status of submitted and processed authorizations. Submit eligibility verification requests. Verify member eligibility and PCP information.
To use BT C.A.R.E., users need to install Citrix first. Please see the Citrix Installer page for more information.
