Claire Tamo

Claire Tamo joined Altais as chief financial officer in 2019 and became chief operations officer in 2023. Prior to joining Altais, she was chief financial officer and vice president of Business Operations at Colorado Permanente Medical Group, where she led finance and treasury operations, network contracting and credentialing along with business and risk adjustment analytics. Her start-up experience includes being the third employee hired to build Stanford Health Care’s medical foundation where she was the senior vice president of Finance and Business Support. Prior to Stanford and Colorado Permanente, Claire spent 15 years at Sutter Health as a finance leader in Sutter’s medical foundations, in home health/hospice companies, and at Sutter Corporate.
