Jae Chung joined Altais as Director of Risk Adjustment in October 2022. Prior to his role at Altais, Jae was Director of Risk Adjustment as well as the Director of Analytics at Centene Corporation, where he managed strategies to optimize risk adjustment performance and led the planning and execution of operational projects to drive accuracy and completeness for the Medicare and commercial lines of business. Jae also led the team that provided key business analytics and insights to support health plans.
Jae’s experience also includes directing risk adjustment analytics at Health Care Services Corporation where he was the lead for actuarial studies and modeling of risk scores for Medicare Advantage and where he also supported analysis and engagement efforts to improve overall risk score and performance. Jae holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and engineering, a Master of Public Health degree in Health Care Administration and an MBA in Finance.
