Your Annual Health Assessment is when you and your doctor put your undivided attention on your health. You might think, or hear others ask, why go in for an assessment each year? In short, your doctor can observe and learn a great deal about your health and wellness during this visit, helping him or her detect problems early and prevent problems later.

Who is eligible for a free AHA each year?
