Oakland, CALIF., — Brown & Toland Physicians’ Board of Directors announced today that Kelly Robison is the company’s new chief executive officer.
Robison, a healthcare industry veteran with 25 years’ experience, including 18 with Brown & Toland, replaces Richard Fish, who informed the Board in 2017 of his desire to step down as CEO. Fish has been with Brown & Toland since 2007 and has served as CEO since 2011.

Brown & Toland Physicians Generates Savings, Improves Quality for Pioneer Accountable Care Patients for Third Consecutive Year
SAN FRANCISCO – Financial and quality results released in August by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) showed that Brown & Toland Physicians – for the third consecutive year – helped create savings, and improve the care, for Medicare patients in the Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO) program.
SAN FRANCISCO – Brown & Toland Physicians announced today that it is relocating its corporate headquarters from San Francisco to downtown Oakland. The company plans to move to its new headquarters by April 2016.
Brown & Toland executed a multi-year lease for 60,000 square feet at the Clorox Building, in the City Center complex in downtown Oakland. The company, with doctors, clinicians and patients in San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, Alameda and Contra Costa counties, will also maintain a satellite office in San Francisco.
SAN FRANCISCO — Brown & Toland employees rolled up their sleeves this week to assemble at least 14,000 servings of lentil casserole for Meals On Wheels of San Francisco. Almost 100 employees formed assembly lines to fill bags containing the correct proportions of lentils, rice, dried vegetables and Himalayan salt, which Meals On Wheels will distribute to seniors and families during the Thanksgiving season.
